Jack’s Pancake Factory is led by a strong and experienced shareholder and management team, including Mr. Jack Sourlis.

This is not the first project this shareholder team has taken on. Having owned and operated several popular restaurants including Hot Stacks in Cookstown and Flapjack’s in Stroud; Jack Sourlis has the commitment and dedication to make Jack’s Pancake Factory a successful go-to-spot!

Jack decided to take that experience and elevate it, from the fresh coffee he brews to the strawberry cheesecake pancakes to the down-home East coast Donairs, Jack’s Pancake Factory will constantly test the best boundaries of culinary delight.

While everything Jack’s Pancake Factory intends to do begins and ends with the products he creates, it also extends to every aspect of the brand – from the physical space, to the people he hires to serve, all the way to his digital presence.

The goal is to combine conceptual thinking with high quality ingredients and products in an effort to make something that tastes and looks unlike anything seen and eaten before.
